We strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. That being said we are not responsible for packages that have been lost during transit, misplaced by the shipping courier, or for theft/stolen packages. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policies:

Order Processing Times

Each order is unique and may require to be pre-ordered. If your item is customized and not already available through our available inventory, depending on what it is that was ordered can take anywhere from 3-10 weeks, please view each items shipping policy if applicable. For our available inventory that is already listed- orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Applicable Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping (within the US):
Customer is fully responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs associated with his/her/they order(s). The shipping and handling cost varies per item, per SKU and is solely dependent on the size of the shipping container. Please check each item as it varies per shipping container.

Local Delivery (Portland, Oregon):
A $3.75 surcharge applies for local deliveries, this covers up to +10 miles within Northeast Portland.
 

International Shipping:
International shipping rates are currently under review.

Order Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Once your order is with the carrier, please allow time for transit. KHAOSPDX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs for international orders.

Order or Package Issues

If your package is delayed or damaged during transit, please reach out to us at apothecaryglow@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly. Ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. KHAOSPDX is not responsible for lost or stolen items or for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
